Rates are available upon request. Payment is due at the time of service. For out-of-network insurance coverage, I will give you a letter specifying the date of service which you may then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. (Most insurance plans provide some reimbursement for out-of-network coverage, but I encourage you to check on your own plan.)
